1. Program Overview
The #afriexit Creator Program (“the Program”) is Afriex’s initiative to partner with content creators to promote the Afriex brand. By joining, creators agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Creators must:
• Be 18 or older
• Have at least 3,000 followers on their main platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or X)
• Have a valid Afriex account and app installed
• Not have worked with direct Afriex competitors in the last 2 months
• Avoid showing or mentioning competitors in any Program content
• Follow laws in their country
• Be based in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe
3. Campaign Mechanics
• Creators must produce up to 2 high-quality videos monthly, using #AfriexIt and aligning with Afriex's theme
• Videos must meet quality standards — Afriex can reject or request edits
• Creators must tag or add Afriex as collaborator (where platform functionality allows) and get approval before posting
• Creators must follow Afriex on social platforms
4. Compensation and Rewards
4.1. Performance-Based
• Earn up to $1,000 based on views within 3 weeks:
• 20K views (5K–30K followers)
• 50K views (30K–50K followers)
• 100K views (50K+ followers)
• If view targets aren’t met, you still earn a $200 participation bonus
• Each month resets the view challenge
4.2. Referral Incentive
• Each creator gets a unique code
• You earn referral rewards when new users sign up with your code and send money
• New users who sign up and send money with your code receive bonus cash-backs and reward points
4.3. Tiered Rewards
Creators are ranked into Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers based on total views, referrals, and engagement
Higher tiers unlock:
• Higher payouts
• Access to exclusive campaigns and brand partnerships
• Early access to new Afriex features
4.4. Wallet Boosts
Afriex may offer wallet bonuses or fee waivers at its discretion
5. Content Requirements
• Videos must promote Afriex’s money transfer features
• Content must be original and not violate IP rights
• Keep it clean: no offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• No paid ads allowed on Program content
6. Ownership & Usage
You own your content, but grant Afriex full rights to use it (anywhere, anytime, for any marketing purpose)
7. Top Performers
Afriex will feature high-performing creators monthly based on views, likes, and referrals — possibly including interviews or campaign features.
8. General Terms
• Afriex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Afriex website or direct communication to creators.
• Participation in the program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Creators must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific terms of service (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) while participating in the program.
• Afriex is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or delays that may affect participation in the Program or the tracking of content performance.
